Tim Spradlin brings over three decades of extensive experience in the finance and banking sectors to YOLO Health, following a distinguished career at Bank One and its successor, Chase Bank. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated expertise in strategic finance, focusing on optimizing financial performance and enhancing operational efficiency within both commercial and personal banking divisions.

As a seasoned executive, Tim played a pivotal role in shaping compensation and bonus plans for various product lines, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market dynamics. His financial strategies drove significant improvements in productivity and profitability across the diverse offerings of a global banking leader. Notably, he was involved in a large-scale project that reengineered the bank’s operations, resulting in expense reductions of approximately $300 million per year.

Tim’s strategic mindset is complemented by his deep understanding of financial metrics and market trends, positioning him as a valuable asset on the YOLO Health advisory board. His commitment to excellence and passion for driving profitable financial outcomes is a tremendous benefit to the advisory board.

Among his many accomplishments, Tim worked on a project to reduce wasteful spending after bank acquisitions, identifying obsolete phone lines that were still incurring charges. This initiative saved the bank over $3 million annually. He also implemented technology into the quarterly FDIC filing process for affiliate banks, significantly reducing time and errors.

Additionally, Tim pioneered the transition of the budgeting and forecasting process from a third-party vendor (CompuServe) to an internal solution, which resulted in substantial time and cost savings. He was instrumental in the implementation of a relational database within the Retail division, enabling users to easily access and manipulate data for analysis and presentation. Furthermore, Tim was a key contributor on a small, but specialized financial team at Banc One, where he produced all required annual and quarterly reports for the SEC and Federal Reserve.

Tim obtained bachelor's degrees in both Accounting and Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Outside of his professional achievements, he finds joy in spending quality time with his family, exploring new places, embracing adventure, and continuously seeking personal growth.
